主讲嘉宾简介：祝介平教授1984年本科毕业于杭州师范大学。随后在兰州大学李玉林教授的指导下从事有机合成研究，于1987年获得硕士学位。在法国巴黎第十一大学Husson和Quirion教授的指导下于1991年获得博士学位。接着在德克萨斯农工大学跟随诺奖得主Barton教授从事了近两年的博士后研究。1992年加入法国国家科学研究院“天然产物化学研究所”；2000年晋升为二级研究主任，2006年晋升为一级研究主任。2010年9月转入瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院 (EPFL) 任教授。

祝老师的研究方向主要包括复杂天然产物的全合成、方法学和不对称催化的开发。在这些研究方向都做出了杰出的工作，特别是吲哚生物碱的高效简洁全合成以及新型重排反应的开发。

讲座介绍：Dyotropic rearrangement, a term coined by Reetz in 1972, refers to a class of pericyclic valence isomerization reactions in which “two s-bonds simultaneously migrate intramolecularly”. Recently, our group serendipitously discovered an unusual 1,2-alkyl(aryl)/PdIV dyotropic rearrangement in a mechanistically intricate domino process. This presentation will focus on the initial serendipitous finding, and subsequent rational design of domino processes integrating this novel rearrangement reaction.
